摘要 以实现润滑脂在125MN挤压机上自动润滑为目标,根据125MN挤压机润滑点性质及分布的特征,研究开发了以单片机为技术核心的集中润滑系统,包括定时启/停、时间调节、油位与压力报警、油箱自动补脂等控制过程,满足了自动润滑、自动补脂的需求,为125MN挤压机集中润滑系统的实施、提高挤压机运行效率、减少其磨损奠定了基础。 To achieve the goal that the automatic lubricating of grease could be realized on a 125 MN extruder, accord- ing to characteristics of the lubricated points and the feature of their distribution on the 125 MN extruder, a centralized lubrication system whose core technology was SCM was studied and developed. The lubrication system includes these controlling processes of timing start/stop, oil-level and pressure warming, automatic supply of lubricant to the tank, and so on. The demands of automatic lubricating and automatic supply of lubricant were satisfied. The research provides a foundation for the practice of the centralized lubrication system of 125 MN extruder, improvement of the operational efficiency as well as reducing wear.
