摘要 制造企业为了提高生产效率和产品质量,对于带有圆筒形特征的小型回转体空心件,越来越倾向于采用连续拉深的冲压工艺。针对连续拉深工艺繁琐的查表和使用经验公式的实际情况,介绍了以UG/KF为开发平台,用Access数据库来传递和保存数据,Dynaform进行连续拉深有限元模拟,并结合UG/Open Menuscript和UG/OpenUIStyler进行界面设计进而开发连续拉深CAD/CAPP/CAE系统。 More and more manufacturing enterprises will adopt the progressive deep drawing to improve the productivity and quality of the hollow part of small revolution solid with the feature of the cylinder type. But the fact is that the engineers should inquire a lot of data and use the experience formula to determine the progressive deep drawing process. UF/KF was introduced as the development platform to save and transfer the data by Access database, the multi-steps finite element simulation was done by Dynaform and the menu bar was designed by UG/Open Menuscript and UG/Open UIStyler to develop CAD/CAPP/CAE system of the progressive deep drawing.
