粗轧减速机频发故障分析及解决方案

摘要 粗轧机组是连轧生产线上的重要组成部分,然而由于设计缺陷和制造质量问题的存在,减速机齿轮点蚀、断齿、断轴故障频繁发生,这给厂家的生产经营造成了巨大的损失。可以说,粗轧减速机可靠性低的问题,已成为制约一些连轧厂设备正常运行的最主要因素之一。针对这些问题,应以技术改进为基础,以科学严细管理为保证,采取综合的办法来解决这一问题,即:一方面改进设计,提高减速机齿轮件的承载能力;另一方面要严格执行工艺规程和纪律,使设备负荷始终保持在一个合理的水平上。这样才能保证生产顺行,根治该套设备可靠性低的问题。 Roughing mill is an important part of production line, however because of some shortcomings in designing and quality, the deceleration machine often break down because of the pitting, gears-broken, axle-broken. It brings a huge loss to the manufacture of factory. Generally speaking, the low reliability of the deceleration machine has became one of the most primary factors to restrict the machine runs well. To counter these questions, we should solve them through increasing technical competence and meticulous administration; on the one hand improve the load-bearing capacity of the gears, on the other hand, obey the technological rules and discipline, making the equipment's load keeps on a reasonable level. Then, we can ensure the production line functioning well and effect a radical cure of the low reliability of the deceleration machine.
