摘要
目的探讨经验方结肠康Ⅰ号治疗溃疡性结肠炎的免疫机制。方法以5%2,4,6-三硝基苯磺酸和50%乙醇注入大鼠肛门制备溃疡性结肠炎模型,灌胃给药15 d后,流式细胞仪单克隆抗体法检测T淋巴细胞亚群CD4、CD8及细胞黏附因子CD54。结果造模后CD4、CD8显著降低,CD4/CD8、CD54显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);经结肠康Ⅰ号治疗后,与模型组比较,结肠康Ⅰ号大、小剂量组CD4、CD8显著升高,CD4/CD8、CD54显著降低(P<0.05)。结论结肠康I号具有调节CD4/CD8平衡及抑制细胞黏附因子CD54表达的作用。
Objective To investigate the immune mechanism of Jiechangkang No 1 on treating ulcerative colitis (UC). Methods UC models were made by injecting 5 % 2,4,6-trinitrophenyl sulfonic acid and 50 % alcohol in anus. After the rats had been administrated with drug for 15 days,CD4 ,CD8 and CD54 were detected by the method of monoclonal antibody with flow cytometry. Results CD4 and CD8 of model group were obviously decrease, CD4/CD8 and CD54 were obviously increase(P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈0. 01 ). Compared with the model group, high and low dose of Jiechangkang No 1 could obviously increase CD4 and CD8, and decrease CD4/CD8 and CD54 (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Jiechangkang No 1 has the action adjusting balance of CD4/CD8 and controlling expression of CD54.
