摘要
对大型悬索管道跨越结构静动态分析方法进行了系统的研究,以某悬索管道跨越结构设计方案为背景,按照实际结构特点,应用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了三维有限元模型.对有限元计算模型进行静力、模态和风振反应的有限元分析.结果表明:静力计算中,悬索管道跨越结构各构件处于较低的应力状态.模态分析中,得到了结构的前二十阶固有频率.在模态分析的基础上,进一步对管桥进行风振分析.动态分析结果表明,结构加速度响应曲线与输入的数据趋势类同,主索上的应力响应峰值比较小,管桥的应力响应峰值明显增大.
The static and dynamic analysis for the large - scale cable - suspended structure of pipelines was researched systematically. Three - dimension finite element model is built according to structural characteristics of cable - suspended structure of pipelines by finite element software ANSYS. Static, modal, and wind response analysis was conducted. The results from static analyses show that the stress of the components of cable - suspended structure of pipelines is small through modal analysis of cable - suspended structure of pipelines, and its preceding 20 modes are obtained. On the basis of the modal analysis, the dynamic response of cable - suspended structure of pipelines to earthquake and wind was studied. The results show that the acceleration curve of structure agrees with data input: maximum stress of major cables is small and maximum stress of truss is obviously increase.
