摘要 采用连续石蜡切片技术,选以爱氏苏木精整体染色法对毛百合大孢子发生与雌配子体发育进行了较为系统的观察.结果表明:毛百合的胚珠为双珠被,薄珠心,倒生胚珠;孢原细胞不经分裂,直接行使胚囊母细胞的作用,胚囊发育为贝母型;同一子房内胚囊母细胞的减数分裂过程,基本保持同步,时有染色体移动滞后等变异情况;成熟胚囊为七核组成的六细胞胚囊. The systematical observation was done on the megasporogenesis and female gametophyte development by methods of the continuous paraffin section and staining technique to full ovule of Liilum dauricum Ker - Gawler with Ehrlich's hematoxyolin. The result showed that the ovule of Lilum dauricum Ker-Gawler was bitegmic, thin nucellus and anatropous ovules. The sporogonium directly acted as gastrula mother cell without meiosis. The embryo sac developed to fritillaria type. The meiosis of gastrula mother cell in the same ovary kept synchronization basically. Sometimes there was the variation of chromosome moving lag. The adult embryo sac had six cells consisting of seven nuclei.
