Strengthen energy-conservation is the basic national policy about thoroughly applying scientific outlook of development and carrying out economize resources. The preparation of the Energy Saving Chapter becomes a problem for day outstanding. This article inquires into the content and procedure of preparation for Energy Saving Chapter in feasibility study report,the project determination application reports and preliminary design (basic design).
