学校体育与社区体育的关系研究

Research into Relationship between School Sports and Community Sports

通过对学校师生、和参于社区体育的指导者和锻炼者进行问卷调查,结合相关文献、并进行相关走访对学校体育和社区体育进行对比研究,结果发现社区体育缺乏科学的指导与管理、社区体育缺乏场地与器材。而学校体育资源丰富、但有效利用率低,学校体育师资力量雄厚、但参与社区体育工作的很少,因此,建议加强学校体育与社区体育一体化。将学校体育作为社会大系统中的一部分,实现其和社会体育在人力资源,物质资源,文化资源方面"三源共享",发挥学校体育与社区体育各自的优势。

This article makes a comparison between school sports and community sports and the results show that community sports lack of scientific management, court and equipment while school sports have rich resources, abundant teacher strength. Therefore, it advises to strengthen the integration of school sports and the community sports.
