The paper adopts methods of documentation and expert interview to discuss and analyze the cause of frequent emergence of ＂troubled foreign player＂ in the recent CBA league seasons. According the question, some related solutions have been put forward in the paper, such as controlling the introduction of foreign player, setting up the files of foreign player, giving foreign players more humanistic care, improving the capacity of local players and reducing excessive reliance on foreign player.
