乒乓球训练工作的中心是技术打法的训练,但它不是孤立的,应与球队的管理、各层关系的理顺密切相关,共同作用。一个球队的生命力在于发展和创造;默守成规只会被动挨打。发展与创造的源泉是教练员扎实的工作实践,以及对工作的深刻认识,只有在不断思考和钻研中才能有所突破,形成自己的特色。
