摘要
对具有弧齿锥齿轮啮合的试验器转子──支承系统的振动特性进行试验研究,采用传递矩阵法计算该试验器转子的临界转速及稳态不平衡响应,研究支承刚性及弧齿锥齿轮螺旋线的方向对稳态不平衡响应的影响。理论计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。
An experimental research on the vibration behavior of a rotor-support test stand system engaged with spiral tooth bevel gears is carried out in the paper. By using the transfer matrix method,a calculation of the critical speeds and the steady unbalance response of the rotor,and the study of the influence of the stiffness of the support and the direction of the spiral of the gears on the response are made. Theoretical results coincide with the test fairly well.
