摘要
介绍了一种新型电动平衡头。所设计的平衡头是一个独立部件,采用滚动式小车配重和红外线遥控工作方式。给出了等效平衡矢量与配重小车相位角的关系式。在试验台上作了单盘转子振动控制和自动平衡实验,振动幅值降到了初始值8%以下,证明了平衡头的工程实用性。
A new type of electric balancing head is introduced in this paper. The designed balancing head is an independent component, in which rolling cars are used as balancing weights, controlled remotely by infrared ray. A relation between equivalent balancing vector and weight phase angle is given. Vibration controlling and automatically balancing experiments are carried out on a single plan rotor testing shaft, the magnitude of vibration reduces to less than 8 percent of its initial value, proving that the head is applicable in engineering.
