摘要
在调查的基础上,介绍了青海省互助县新农合与城镇居民医保衔接试点的基本做法,认为统一由卫生部门负责管理有一定的优势。同时,针对存在的问题,提出了简化筹资过程、进一步完善信息化平台、统一基本用药目录、完善运行机制的建议。
This paper introduced the link between NRCMS and URBHI in Huzhu County of QingHai based on investigations. It was more better that integration of them was managed by Bureau of Health. The authors also proposed to simplify financing process, improve information system, unify basic drug list and improve running mechanism.
