摘要
目前,以标准模块为基础的制造模式正在全球各产业迅速推开,模块化成为新产业结构的本质。产业模块化降低了市场集中度和产业壁垒并且使产业价值趋于分散。企业应该做好战略定位,实施内部的模块化和组织结构的网络化以抓住产业模块化契机,提高竞争力。
Nowadays, the new manufacture model based on standard module being used widely in all industry. Modularization has become the nature of modem industry. Industries modularization reduces the concentration of market and barriers of industry. It suggests that in order to enter the modular produce network, the firms can use the strategic of focused on one operation and interior firm modularization.
