本文从经济学理论和社会现实角度分析了经济人的理性传统,现代企业目标与经济学理论的关联、企业目标中社会责任内涵的缺失及其危害,提出了在现代企业目标中应该嵌入社会责任因素。

Based on the theory of economy and social reality, this paper analyses the hypothesis tradition of economic man, the link between goal of Modern Corporation and the theory of economy, as well as the miss of social responsibility in corporation＇ s goal and its harmfulness, put forward that the social responsibility should be inset in the goal of corporation.
