摘要
人力资源开发管理是实践性很强的发展内容,为使石油企业在人力资源开发管理实践中产生更有效、更持久的影响,企业需要一个良好的理论基础来指导它的研究和实践。本文从人力资源开发的涵义入手,在借鉴国内外人力资源开发管理现有成果的基础上,基于石油企业人力资源开发管理存在的实际问题和难点障碍,有针对性地提出了相关创新策略。
It is well known that the human resourse development is a very important reality. In order to have a good and efficient influence in the petrochemical industry item with realized in , the enterprise need a well thoery base to teach its practices. Based on the theory meterials of the world study of the enterpri- ses human resouce development, this paper analyses its practise difficultiese and main problems exisited in the petrochemical enterprise, and then put forwards some innovational coutermea.sures to make the matter runs more and more efficient in the enterprise's development.
