卡套连接的失效与研究

由于方便和可靠的原因，卡套式管接头在小直径管道中得到广泛的应用．但如果使用不当，也会发生卡套连接的失效事故．通过对一次卡套连接的失效事故研究，说明卡套在连接使用中应注意的问题．指出卡套连接时螺母应旋入１圈以上，接头应配置在便于安装的部位并在连接前进行预连接．

Ferrule type compression joints are widely used in the connection of smalldiameter pipes because of their convenience and reliability. The failure of ferrule type connections will occur if they are improperly used. Some problems should be noted in the use of ferrule type compression joints were discussed by analysis of a failure accident. It is pointed out that the nuts of the joints must be screwed in more than one circle, the joints must be arranged in proper position, and it had better be preconnected before assembling.
