摘要 对螺旋传动的螺牙强度计算提出以最大受载圈螺牙载荷作为计算载荷,以牙根最大拉应力计算作为强度条件的改进意见。对螺牙载荷分配计算作了进一步改进,并补充了各种螺纹最大受载圈螺牙载荷百分率的回归公式。 This paper analyses the deforming of screw thread of power screws by the finite element method, presents a new concise calculation formula about distribution of screw thread load and puts forth some views on complement and amendment to affection factors about load distribution of screw thread. Finally, the author by means of a lot of analyses and calculations to the distribution of thread load of power screws, puts forward improved suggestions, which are based on the calculation of the maximum thread load, to bearing pressure calculation methods of screw thread of power screws.
