摘要
基于曲面包络理论和计算机图形学,讨论了包络环面蜗杆的实体建模方法,并在实体模型的基础上进行了包络环面蜗杆传动的装配模拟,配对齿面的间隙和干涉分析,考察了加工和装配参数的调整对齿面啮合与接触的影响。
Based on the theory of conjugate surface and computer graphics, a solid modeling method of hourglass worm gearing is presented. Assembly simulation of worm gearing is carried out, clearance and interference between meshing tooth surfaces are analyzed, and effects of machining and modification of assembling parameters on meshing and contact between tooth surfaces are investigated.
