摘要
新课程改革引发了"王钟之争",在教育界引起一轮不小的震动。可对音乐教育界却没有产生太大影响。受其触动,笔者采用文献法、思辨法,从历史、现实、理论、实践四个角度重新研读了义务教育《音乐课程标准》,在肯定《音乐课程标准》成就的同时,指出人们对它认识与实践上存在一些误区,也试图讨论其本身存在的一些局限,以期促进理性务实的音乐教改。
The new curriculum reform has aroused the 'controversy between Wang and Zhong', causing a in the education circle, but it did not exert too much influence on the music education circle yet. Touched by this, the author adopts both literature-based method and speculation method, to study 'the new music curriculum criterion' again from four aspects of history, reality, theory and practice. In the hope of promoting reasonable and practical music educational reform, this paper not only points out some misconstruing about the 'criterion' what people have but also attempts to discuss some limitations that exist in itself after affirmed it's achievement.
