摘要
介绍了弹性支承可倾瓦轴承的动特性系数表达式及其计算方法,式中考虑瓦块惯性、支点摩擦和瓦背气膜等因素的影响,使理论分析及结果与实际情况更为逼近。此外,还采用单质量转子模型,对轴承-转子系统的振动稳定性进行了分析。
The formulas for calculating the dynamic performance coefficients of elastically supported tilting pag bearing are deduced, and their calculating methods are introduced. The theoretical analyses and results are more close to the real condition with consideration of the influences of pad inertia, pivot friction, gas film on the back of the pad and so on. In addition, the vibration stability of the bearing rotor system is analyzed by using the single mass rotor model.
