摘要
针对耐腐蚀泵密封动环常用材料存在易碎、强度低等问题，采用炭纤维增强酚醛树脂做耐腐蚀泵密封动环，分别对密封动环的配方、工艺、耐蚀性能、耐磨性进行了研究，并在耐腐蚀泵生产厂装机试验，实践证明ＣＦＲＰ（炭纤维增强塑料）做密封动环使用寿命为石墨环的２～３倍。
To improve low intensity and frangibility of ordinary rotating rings of dynamic sealing structure used in corrosion resistant pump,carbon fiber reinforced phenolformaldehyde rotating rings are prepared in this work. The formulation and molding technology,corrosion and wear resistances are studied. The performance test result of CFRP rotating rings assembled to the pump shows that the operating life of CFRP rings is 2～3 times longer than that of graphite ring.
