摘要 宜宾白酒产业只有五粮液一枝独秀且产品同质化形势严峻,导致其受到其它地区白酒行业及消费者理念转变的威胁。通过借鉴烟台葡萄酒产业的发展经验,宜宾白酒产业发展战略应该以五粮液为基础,努力打造"中国酒都"地域品牌,并依托"中国酒都"品牌提升宜宾二线白酒品牌的实力与竞争力;同时,宜宾市政府也应将重心放到中国酒都品牌与相关软硬环境的打造上来。 There is only one brand of Wuliangye in Yibin' s liquor industry so it is serious that all products are becoming more and more similar in the quality. This leads to two dangerous trends, namely other liquor industries and the shift of consumers' view. After we learning from the experience of the development of grape wine industry in Yantai, some proposals of Yibin liquor industry development strategy are put forward. It suggests that Yibin should strive to build China wine capital based on Wuliangye and should rely on Chinese wine capital brands to enhance Yibin' s power and competitiveness in the secondary liquor brand. Meanwhile, the government should also focus on the building of the brands of Chinese wine capital and the related hardware and software environment.
