摘要
本文针对宜宾市物流企业员工的年龄结构、学历情况、需求层次、能力要求、人才引进渠道等方面对其从业人员进行了问卷调查,同时对本地高校物流人才的培养现状进行了访谈,发现存在学历低、能力差、本地培养与实际应用脱节等问题。因此,宜宾市物流业应从人才引进、企业培训、政府支持和校企结合等方面采取措施,以解决物流人才匮乏的问题。
In the article, based on the questionnaire survey towards the logistic employees from enterprises in Yibin in the aspects of the age structure, the education background, the demand with different levels, the ability requirement as well as the channel of attracting college talents, and after the interview among such talents graduated from Yibin colleges, it concludes that among the logistic talents there are problems including lower school record, the weak abilities and the local training out of the factual application. Therefore, the problems are able to solved by all aspects of attracting the outside talents, training the current employees in companies, attaining the support of government and cooperation between the enterprises and colleges in Yibin logistic talents.
