富农问题一直以来是中国共产党非常关注的问题。在如何对待富农的问题上,党走过了一条非常曲折的道路。土地革命时期是党开始集中探索富农问题的初始时期,这一时期党的富农政策经历了中立——反对——联合三个阶段,并在这个过程中积累了宝贵的经验和教训,为以后富农政策的制订提供了重要参照。
