摘要
针对定北8井尾管固井的难点,采取防窜性能好的水泥浆体系、优化流体结构、带封隔器的悬挂器、合理的施工压力控制等综合的防窜漏工艺。由于在施工过程中发生了井漏和其它复杂情况,减小了压稳领浆段长度、增大了地层压力和液柱压力的压差,为气窜创造了通道导致气窜的发生,同时由于井漏的影响,导致水泥浆的顶替效率低从而影响水泥浆的胶结强度和固井质量。为以后深井尾管固井提供借鉴和指导意义。
Aiming at the difficulties of the Liner Cementing for DINGBEI No. 8 well, the authors of this paper take all the anti-leakage technologies during the liner cementing as follows: taking the good anti-channeling cement slurry system, and optimizing the fluid structure, using the hanger machine which with the hoisting of the packer, and taking a reasonable construction of the integrated stress control, etc. Because of the well leakage and other complications happened during the construction process, it reduces the steady pressure from pulp length, increases formation pressure and stress of the pressure column, and creates a channel for the occurrence of gas channeling. At the same time, the impact of lost circulation causes the low replacement efficiency, and then affects the low efficiency of the bond strength of cement and cemen- ting quality.
