摘要 原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)是临床上常见的恶性肿瘤,其发生三部曲一般认为是"肝炎—肝硬化—肝癌",但据近年来的研究成果及患者年龄有年轻化的趋势表明,病毒导致HCC的发生也许可以"跨过"肝硬化这一步。本文就近年来DNA损伤与修复、乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)的整合对HCC的发生和发展做一简要的综合介绍。 Primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a common clinical malignant tumor. Its development involves in three stages in sequence: hepatitis--cirrhosis--hepatocellular carcinoma. It has been established that HBV-related HCC may "skip over" cirrhosis stage and develop into carcinoma directly from hepatits stage. Moreover, the ages of HCC patients tend to be younger in recent years. This article has comprehensively reviewed the impact of the DNA damage and repair and the integration of HBV on hepatocarcinogenesis.
