摘要
目的:探讨端粒酶与Ki-67、p53在大肠癌和腺瘤的表达及发生、发展机理。方法:用组织芯片原位杂交的方法在分子学水平对细胞的端粒酶进行检测,同时用免疫组织化学法对Ki-67,p53进行检测。结果:72例大肠癌端粒酶表达的阳性率为77.78%,Ki-67阳性率88.89%,p53阳性率63.89%;36例大肠腺瘤端粒酶表达阳性率8.3%,p53阳性率22.22%,Ki-67阳性率13.89%。端粒酶和Ki-67、p53的阳性表达在大肠癌和大肠腺瘤之间的差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:端粒酶和K-i67、P53在大肠细胞癌变过程中有一定的协同作用。
Objective:To analyse the expression of tetomerase,Ki-67 and p53 in malignant and benign colon lesions by investigating the effect of the telomerase during the development of colon carcinoma. Methods :The expression of telomerase was examined by using in situ hybridization (ISH). The immunohistochemistry method was used to detect Ki-67 and p53. Results:Seventy-two cases of colon carcinoma were analysed. The positive ratio of telomerase was 77.78%. The positive ratio of Ki-67 was 88.89% ,while p53 was 63.89%. Thirty-six cases of colon adenoma expressed the telomerase, Ki-67 and p53. The positive ratio of telomerase was 8.3%. The positive ratio of Ki-67 was 13.89%,while p53 was 22.22%. The difference of the expression of telomerase,Ki-67 and p53 in colon between carcinoma and adenoma had statistic significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion :There is the correlation among telomerase, Ki-67 and P53 during the beginning and development of carcinoma in colon.
