经皮穴位电刺激及口服咖啡因治疗腰麻后头痛疗效观察

Treatment of post-lumbar anesthesia headache with transcutaneous acupoint stimulation plus oral caffeine

目的:探讨经皮穴位电刺激加口服咖啡因治疗腰麻后头痛的有效性。方法:在我院实施下肢及肛肠鞍区手术腰麻后头痛的40例患者,随机分4组,每组10例。I组为一般补液治疗组、II组为经皮穴位电刺激组、III组为咖啡因组、IV组为经皮穴位电刺激加口服咖啡因组。结果:IV组腰麻后头痛缓解在病程上明显优于I组和III组,P<0.01,也优于II组,P<0.05。II组与I组、Ⅲ组比较差异有显著性,P<0.01。结论:经皮穴位电刺激对腰麻后头痛有较好的治疗效果,口服咖啡因可迅速缓解腰麻后头痛。

Objective：To investigate the curative effects of post-lumbar anesthesia headache with the combination of transcutaneous acupoint stimulation and oral caffeine. Methods：Forty patients with post-lumbar anesthesia headache were selected. All the patients were randomly and evenly divided into four groups, i.e. group I （control）, group II （transcutaneous acupoint stimulation）, group III （oral caffeine） and group IV （transcutaneous acupoint stimulation plus oral caffeine ）. Results：The severity of post-lumbar anesthesia headaches were similar in the patients of four groups. Even though all the forty headache patients were cured in each group, their treatment periods, however, were significantly different in each group. The treatment periods in group IV were significantly shorter than those of group I and group III （P〈0.01 ,P〈0.05）. The treatment periods in group II were remarkably shorter than those of group I and group HI （P〈0.01）,but significantly longer than those of group IV （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Better curative effects on post-lumbar anesthesia headache are obtained by transcutaneous acupoint stimulation. And the best curative effects are observed with the combination of transcutaneous acupoint stimulation and oral caffeine.
