转录因子FoxO1在神经元凋亡中的作用
摘要
Forkhead转录因子（Fox蛋白家族）是2000年才正式统一命名的一个新的转录因子家族．自20世纪90年代首次在果蝇中发现该基因以来，其家族已先后发现100多个Fox基因。该家族的共同特征是具有一个长110个氨基酸的保守的DNA结合结构域，称为Fox（Forkheadbox）结构域，含有一个螺旋-转角－螺旋基序，
