摘要
先进制造系统的发展对过程监控的实时性和智能化提出了越来越高的要求。该文在分析传统监控方法的基础上,深入分析探讨了基于神经网络的制造系统状态监控系统的实时性和智能化问题,具体讨论了BP网用于柔性制造系统(FMS)实时智能监控的应用,并给出了一个应用实例,说明了神经网络在先进制造系统实时智能监控系统研究中的应用。
With the development of Advanced Manufacturing System , the real-time and intelligent monitoring of manufacturing process is more and more required. On the basis of analysing traditional monitoring methods. This paper discussed real time and intelligence of status monitoring system based on neural networks in Advanced Manufacturing System and the BP network used to accomplish real-time intelligent monitoring system of FMS and its properties. Finally, a concrete example is given to show its use in the research of real-time and intelligent monitoring.
