摘要
综述了设备故障诊断技术的理论与工程应用的发展现状，分析了故障诊断的过程与实质，介绍了常用的几种诊断方法，重点阐述了智能诊断的方法、现状及其发展动向．
This paper has summarized the history and present status of the theory and engineering application for the equipment fault diagnostic technique, analyzed the process and essence of fault diagnostic, introduced some diagnostic methods in common use, and especially mentioned the new trends of the intelligent diagnostic methods.
