Progress in the study of Treponema pallidum outer membrane proteins

摘要 梅毒螺旋体外膜蛋白在梅毒螺旋体生物学及致病性中都占有重要的地位。随着研究技术的发展,对外膜蛋白的研究取得了一定的进展。此文就目前研究较多的梅毒外膜蛋白——梅毒螺旋体重复蛋白家族、Tp0257(Gpd)、Tp0326(Tp92)、Tp0453、Tp0751和Tp0971的基因特点及功能,以及可能的应用进行综述。’ The outer membrane proteins(OMP) play a key role in the physiological and pathogenic abilities of Treponema pallidun. With the continued development of research techniques, important findings regarding OMP have been made. Here, the significant results on the genomic features and gene function of Treponema pallidum repeat protein family, Tp0257(Gpd), Tp0326(Tp92), Tp0453, Tp0751 and Tp0971 are reviewed.
