罗汉降糖颗粒对糖尿病视网膜病变小鼠抗氧化损伤的影响 被引量:1

EFFECT OF LUOHAN JIANGTANG GRANULES ON ANTIOXIDANT REACTION IN DIABETIC RETINOPATHY OF MICE MODEL

摘要 目的:探讨罗汉降糖颗粒对实验性糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)小鼠的作用及其机理。方法:用四氧嘧啶(Alloxan)诱发糖尿病小鼠模型,并以高糖高脂饮食。实验鼠被随机分为对照组、模型组、阳性对照组、罗汉降糖颗粒治疗组。治疗组用罗汉降糖颗粒灌胃,阳性药物组用消渴丸(XKW)灌胃,模型组和对照组用等容量生理盐水灌胃。连续30天后,观察小鼠视网膜组织和血清中脂质过氧化终产物丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)的含量与超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD)的活性变化。结果:罗汉降糖颗粒有降低视网膜中MDA含量,提高视网膜中SOD活性的作用,与模型组比较差异有显著性。结论:罗汉降糖颗粒能增强糖尿病小鼠抗氧化能力,减轻视网膜的氧化损伤,从而对糖尿病视网膜病变起一定保护作用。 Objective : To study the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Luohan Jiangtang Granules (LJG) on experimental diabetic retinopathy. Methods:Diabetic retinopathy mices were induced by alloxan and given high lipin and carbohydrate food and drink. The mices were randomly divided into different groups:control group, model group, positive control group and treated group. Treated group was fed with LJG, positive control group was fed with XKW and the others were fed normal saline into stomachs for 30d. The activity of malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in retinal tissue and serum were assayed after the last fedding. Results: Compared with the model group, the content of MDA in retina and serum were decreased evidently and the activity of SOD in retina and serum were increased distinctly in treated groups with LJG. There was a statistic significant difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Luohan Jiangtang Granules (LJG) can enhance capability of diabetic retinopathy mices in antioxidation and reduce damage of retina from oxida- tion.
