摘要
按现有抓斗设计方法设计的长撑杆抓斗存在自重大、抓取比低的缺点,影响抓斗装卸系统生产率的提高。本文通过对抓斗受力和抓取能力的分析后认为:提高抓斗的抓取能力不应简单地依靠增加抓斗自重,而应该通过抓斗机构设计参数的合理匹配、斗形的合理选择和自重及自重分配比例的合理设计综合取得。
Long drawbar grab designed with existing method features heavy weight and low grabbing ratio and limits increase in productivity of loading and unloading system.Based on analyses of forces in the grab and its grabbing capacity,this paper proposes that improvement in grabbing capacity should depend on rational matching of design parameters of grab mechanism,right selection of clam shell and optimal design of grabs own weight and its distribution rather than the increase in grab weight only.
