摘要
集成制造环境下的自动化立体仓库(Automatedstorageandretrievalsystem,ASRS)控制机上需与上层单元控制器通信,以接收控制命令或反馈状态信息;下要与堆垛机控制单元相连,以转发控制信息。因而通信技术在研究开发ASRS中无论在对执行机构的控制或与其它控制系统的集成,都起着至关重要的作用。ASRS-IC是为DesktopCIM系统而自行开发的自动化立体库。ASRS-IC控制系统由ASRS控制机、可编程控制器、运动控制模块等组成,它是一个典型的基于集成环境下的多级控制系统。本文依据ASRS-IC系统的控制结构,基于对通信系统进行的需求分析,提出了相应的通信策略。并详细介绍了通信系统的通信原理、实现方法及通信软件的开发。应用证明该通信系统充分满足了实时控制、信息集成和高可靠性的需求。
A controller of an automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS) under integrated manufacturing environment communicates not only with upper level controllers for receiving instructions or feeding back system status message, but also with the control unit of the stacker for transmitting control message. So communication technology plays an important role in whether control or integration with other controllers in developing an ASRS. An actual ASRS named as ASRS IC has been developed for the Desktop CIM system. The control system of the ASRS IC consists of a host computer, programmable logical controller (PLC), motion control module, etc. It is a typical multi level control system under integrated environment. According to the control architecture of the ASRS IC, this paper presents communication strategy based on requirement analysis for the communication system. The communication principle, implementing method and software development are introduced in detail. The application indicates that the communication system meets fully the needs for real time control, data integration and high reliability.
