丹红注射液促进大鼠骨折愈合作用研究

An experimental study of Danhong injection(丹红注射液) on the catagmatic rats

目的:观察丹红注射液的促进骨折愈合作用。方法:在大鼠桡骨中上段1/3交界处造成骨折,丹红注射液组(6ml/kg)和三七总甙组(100mg/kg)腹腔注射治疗,测定骨折处骨痂干重、抗折力、肌肉肿胀系数及血液流变学指标。结果:与模型组相比,丹红注射液组的骨痂干重、抗折力、肌肉肿胀系数及血液流变学指标有显著性差异,丹红注射液组与三七总甙组比较无统计学差异。结论:丹红注射液可以促进大鼠骨折的愈合。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Danhong injection on the catagmatic rats. Methods： Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups randomly. They are Danhong group（ 6 ml/kg）, Panax notoginseng saponin group（ 100 mg/kg）, model group and sham-operation group respectively. Rats models with fracture middle-superior segment of the radius were established. The weight of dry callus, the figures of anti-fracture strength , the swelling index of muscle and the hemorheological changes were examined. Results： The weight of dry callus, the biomechanical property test, the the swelling index of muscle and the hemorheological changes of Danhong injection group were higher signifieantly than that of model group, while no significant differences were found in comparison with the Danhong group and Panax notoginseng saponin group. Conclusions： Danhong injection can accelerate fracture healing of rats.
