铝硅合金高温摩擦表层Si相细化和球化现象 被引量:2

Simultaneous Spheroidization and Refinement of Si Phase in Al-Si Alloy Surface by Friction at Elevated Temperature

摘要 研究了高温摩擦条件下铝硅合金摩擦表层组织中Si相的同时细化和球化现象。在330℃下,将AlSi7、AlSi12、AlSi30合金试样分别与H13钢试样进行高温摩擦试验。结果发现,铝硅合金试样摩擦表层中,Si相颗粒都获得了同时细化和球化,其中3种合金Si相颗粒平均直径分别达到0.89、0.98、1.05μm,形状因子分别达到0.79、0.71和0.67。 The friction testing were carried out for H13 steel with Al-7Si,Al-12Si and Al-30Si samples,respectively,at 330℃ to observe simultaneous spheroidization and refinement of Si phase in friction surface of Al-Si alloy.It is found that Si phase is both refined and spheroidized in frictional layer of Al-Si alloy surface,in which average diameters of Si particle in three kinds of alloys reach 0.89,0.98 and 1.05 μm,respectively,and shape factors reach 0.79,0.71 and 0.67,respectively.
