摘要
按照现代γ能谱仪向低功耗、高性能、高集成化以及高智能化发展的需求,设计一款基于嵌入式系统的便携式多道γ能谱仪。选用的嵌入式开发板在提供丰富硬件接口资源的同时也使得体积和功耗大大减小;设计的主放电路板实现了正负脉冲选择、峰值保持、噪声甄别、过压保护以及电路滤波等功能,在一定程度上提高了多道γ能谱仪的性能。
According to low power consumption, high performance, high integration and high intelllgentize of current multi-channel Gamma spectrometer, design a ptotable multi-channel Gamma Spectrometer. The embedded developing hoard provides rich hardware interface with lower power consumption. The main amplify eurcuit accomplished a cathode and anode switch, peak holding circuit, noise discriminator unit,over-voltage protection and source filter, so that the performance of multi-ehannel Gamma spectrometer is improved.
