摘要
运用蒙特卡罗程序EGSnrcMP对不同能量的单能电子在几种物质中的输运进行了模拟,得出了单能电子在物质中输运时几个重要物理量的变化规律,并将计算得到的结果与Harder等人的实验结果及一些经验公式进行了比较,取得一致的结论。
This paper used the EGSm'cMP Monte Carlo Code to simulate different monoenergetic electron transport in several materials, found out some important laws of monoenergetic electrons when they transport in the materials. We compared the simulation results with the Harder's experimental results and some experiential formulas. As a result, we got an agreement with them.
