摘要 设计了基于PCI接口高速数据采集卡,设计中使用目前先进TMS320C6711 DSP芯片,使多道卡能够安装在PCI插槽中,扩大了兼容性,同时提高了多道卡信号处理速度和测量精度。实验表明:该数据采集卡可以快速检测出煤中碳、氢、氧、硫等元素的含量以及全水分、灰分、挥发分和低位热值等,而且检测结果都在误差允许范围之内。该仪器现成功应用于火电厂,为火电厂带来巨大的经济效益和社会效益。 We have designed high-speed multi-channel card based on the PCI, we use advanced TMS320C6711 DSP chip at present in this design, the multi-channel card can install in the PCI slot, it expand the compatibility, and enhances the multi-channel card signal processing speed and the measuring accuracy. Experiments show that it can test data index of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, sulfur, moisture content, ash volatility, low calorific value in 15 minutes, and the test results are within the scope of permitted error. The data of measuring are accurate. It can be used in t he coatp roduction, coal combustion and coat distribution. The results of measurement can direct the coal industrial production. It has brought great economic benefit and social benefit.
