摘要
结合经济管理类专业实训课程的实践,以企业ERP运营沙盘实训为例提出了实训课程设计改革的方案,并进行了相关岗位能力分析:确定课程的能力目标,树立职业能力本位思想;以任务为导向,实现课程与职业岗位需求的统一;关注学生个体,培养职业兴趣;引入业绩考评指标,改革成绩评价机制。
In association with the discussion of the professional ability objectives for training courses of business management students, and with teaching practice, the paper gives suggestions on the reform of the design and assessment of training courses for business management students, by taking the ERP sand table competition as an example. The paper analyses the abilities required for related occupations which are involved in the courses. For business management students, the simulated traning courses should help to build up their professioanl qualities and interests. The training course assessment reform based on simulated training results is also explored in the paper.
