摘要 聚醚多元醇、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯和二羟甲基丙酸等单体在无溶剂的情况下进行预聚-封端工艺制得绿色环保型水性聚氨酯。在二羟甲基丙酸用量不变的情况下,研究了-NCO/-OH(R值)等对乳液及涂膜性能的影响;并对织物整理进行一系列应用研究,给出织物整理工艺较合理的工艺参数。 Environment friendly waterborne polyurethane was synthesized by polyether glycol, isophorone diiscocyanate(IPDl), and 2,2-dimethyopropionic acid(DMPA) and so on as monomers by prepolymerization and closed on without sovlents. The influences of ratio NNCO/NOH (R value) on the coat of polyurethane emulsion were studied when the amount of DMPA was constant. The application in frabric-treating was studied and the equi table process parameters were defined.
