摘要
IEC 60870-5-103是继电保护设备信息接口配套标准,而IEC 61850正在成为变电站自动化的一个重要标准,面向点的传统规约向面向对象技术的IEC 61850转换是变电站技术发展的必然趋势。目前,在变电站自动化系统(SAS)中实现IEC 61850标准将面临一个问题,即如何实现现有技术向基于IEC 61850技术的系统的平滑过渡。文章在深入研究IEC 60870-5-103和IEC 61850协议的基础上,提出了一种利用网关实现解决的方案。
IEC60870-5-103 is companion standard for the information interface of protection equipment. The standard IEC 61850 is becoming an important standard for substation automation. The conversion from traditional dot-oriented protocol to object-oriented IEC 61850 is an inevitable trend. Now for achieving the IEC61850 standard, the Substation Automation System （SAS） faces the smooth transition from existing technology to IEC61850-based technology system. Based on the analysis on IEC60870 - 5-103 and IEC 61850 in detail, corresponding resolving scheme by gateway is proposed.
