摘要
介绍了陕西省农电供电环境,分析了农村供电存在的问题;针对陕西省电力公司农电管理的现状,提出农电管理工作必须以科学发展观为指导,围绕"规范化、专业化、标准化、信息化"的工作要求,努力提高农电管理水平,才能为我国彻底解决"三农"问题、实现由农业化向工业化转变做出积极贡献。
This paper introduces rural power supply circumstance in Shaanxi province, analyzes the problems exited in rural power supply. In the light of current condition of rural power management in Shaanxi Electric Power Company, it is suggested that rural power management shall be guided under scientific development view, conducted round the work requirement of standardization, specialization and information. The improvement of rural power management is helpful to the conversion frum agricultural country to industrialized one.
