陕西省电力公司新农村电气化建设实践

Construction Practice of New Village Electrification in Shaanxi Electric Power Company

从贯彻落实科学发展观、服务和谐社会建设出发,把握建立政府部门主导的新农村电气化建设工作机制,建立机构健全、管控有力的管理体系,推广应用先进适用技术以及建设新农村电气化优质服务文化等4个关键环节,全面总结陕西省电力公司近3年来的新农村电气化建设经验,积极探索推进新农村电气化建设,有效地改善了农村电力供应能力,推动了农村电力事业的快速发展。

Started from the implantation of scientific development view and service for harmonic society construction, new village electrification construction of Shaanxi Electric Power Company in recent three years is summed up from four key links, i.e. new village electrification construction work mechanism dominated by government, management system with sound structure and powerful control, popularization and application of advanced applicable technology, excellent service for new village electrification. The construction has effectively improved the rural power supply capability, pushed the rapid development of rural power.
