摘要
分析了当前陕西省电力公司农电优质服务领域关注的焦点问题:针对社会经济环境变化对县级供电企业的影响,提出了深化农电优质服务、标准化服务、精益化管理的策略;阐述了该公司农电服务标准化体系建设的方法、策略和措施。
This paper analyzes the focus problem in the field of excellent rural power service in Shaanxi Power Company. In the light of the effect of varied social and economic environment upon county-level power supply enterprise, the policy is put forward to deepen excellent and standard rural power service ＆ refined management.
