摘要
人力资源是企业的第一战略资源。从陕西省电力公司农电工总量、农电工受教育情况、农电工年龄结构及职业技能鉴定等方面分析了陕西省农电工人力资源现状,针对农电工人力资源管理存在的问题,提出了陕西省农电工人力资源开发与管理的对策和措施。
Labor resources is Lhe first strategic resources in an enterprise. The current condition of Shaanxi rural electrician is analyzed from the aspects of the number, education, age structure and vocational skill identification of rural electrician in Shaanxi province. In the light of the problems exited in rural power electrician management, the measures are set forth to improve the development and management of Shaanxi rural electrician labor resources.
