摘要
电网工程项目具有投资规模大、技术难度高,工程线长、点多、面广等特点,因而在自然环境、技术、经济、管理、决策上有许多不确定性因素,面临着不同类型、不同性质的风险。这些风险一旦发生,对电网工程项目建设、企业运营管理等都会产生巨大影响。通过对电网工程项目存在的主要风险和风险因素的分析以及对风险管理策略的研究,提出了电网工程项目风险管理的建议,旨在探索研究电网工程项目风险管理工作的有效方法与途径,促进电网工程项目风险管理工作。
Risks with different type and character will exert serious effect upon the construction and operation of power grid project. Through the analysis on main existed risks, risk factors and risk management policy, the related suggestions are presented. The investigation on effective method and channel shall improve the power grid project risk management.
