摘要
信息技术的数字化、智能化和信息网络的全球化成为信息社会的主要特征。建筑业作为国民经济的重要产业已经受到了信息化、智能化的影响。介绍了现代信息技术在智能建筑中的应用,以及国内外智能建筑发展状况,阐述了智能建筑的系统结构、功能和关键技术。
The main feature of the information society is digitization and intelligentization of the information technology, and global in- formation network. Architecture, as an important industry of the national economy, must have the influence of the inforrnationalization and intelligentization. This paper introduces the application of the modem information technology to the intelligent building and the de- velopment of the intelligent building in China and overseas.
